The last stage of the Advanced level is a complete circuit!
This circuit makes use of all major muscle groups and also provides a cardio workout.
During the exercises, retain a good posture and contract your abs to protect your back. Also remember to control your breathing. Completion of this circuit is a sign of good overall fitness.

Link all 8 exercises without a break.

At the end of 8 exercises, you deserve a timeout. Take two minutes and rehydrate!

You should complete 4 circuits.

1st round : 30 seconds per exercise, 2nd round : 45 seconds per exercise, 3rd round : 60 seconds per exercise, 4th round : 75 seconds per exercise
