WARM UP : SHORT
Before starting your workout, it is important to prepare your muscles. For this, it is necessary to warm up carefully. A good warm-up will allow you to prepare your body for exercise, avoid injuries and also make your training more effective. We provide you with a long warm-up programme.

CARDIOVASCULAR WARM UP

This warm up cannot be done at home but it is recommended if you have the chance to go outdoors or if you have access to a gym.

It takes 10 to 12 minutes for it to be effective.

It is based on a cardio exercise choice:
Outside : cycling or running
Indoor : Rower, treadmill, stepper, cross trainer
