Before starting your workout, it is important to prepare your muscles. For this, it is necessary to warm up carefully. A good warm-up will allow you to prepare your body for exercise, avoid injuries and also make your training more effective. We provide you with a short warm-up programme.
This warm-up requires the use of a training stick.
This can be easily replaced by a broom handle!
We provide you with two different sequences. Repeat each 20 times.
