During the course of your cure, set up a feeding strategy and follow it!
We do not recommend a particular diet but in our ebook detox and slimming, we give you some interesting leads. Read our program. Think about your tastes and lifestyle and when you start your cure, you need to have a food strategy. Then you have to stick to it! This food strategy must accompany you beyond your cure. We are what we eat ! So take care of your diet!
F eatout of the exercise!
Whether at home, in a room or outdoors, we offer in our program sessions of 15 minutes suitable for all levels. For great results and also for your balance of life, you must practice physical exercises at least 5 times a week as part of your cure. It's only 15 minutes in a day! You can do it at home without equipment! This time of day must become a routine just as the consumption of your teas.
We advise you to make a regular point, for example when you consume your teas, as for the follow-up of your program. Did you do your exercises, did you follow your food program. To make it a success, think about your goals and make the point of the Happy Detox Tea checklist:
